I stayed at here for 14 nights and stayed in the smallest room that they offer. The room was fabulous in all respects. Very tasteful furnishing including a stunning flat screen tv rarely found in rooms at this price point. The shower was amazing with huge showerhead and great pressure.
The location is great because you are a five minute walk from lovely Dongtan beach as well as five minutes bus ride to pattaya. As well, there is not much through traffic so you can sleep without the usual street noise that often bothers me in other locations.
The security is good and all rooms have individual safes. Entrance is by key card only so not easy for strangers to get in.
John the owner is an extremely helpful gent and is really easy going. I have been in pattaya many times and stayed in many condos and hotels. East suites is the best I have seen yet!!! Now if only he had a rooftop pool....

Me singapore stay there frpm 14 april 2011 till 18 april 2011 . At east suite really nice the hotel room look very great and super big and super clean for a great prices and it near to the beaches and all the place I going over there and and the boss askiing his staff to help me bring down the bag to the ground level ( super heavy my bag hahah ) for the bell travel to pick me to airport and the staff there also very friendy he bring out a chair for me to sit while me waiting for the van from bell travel to come and all I can say east suites is a nice place to stay when in pattaya ( all i can say super great if you all come pattaya must stay there )
Will be here again next year in 2012

East Suites is a small hotel/guest house located in the (mostly) gay Jomtiem Complex. It is the best place I have stayed in in Pattaya. My suite was exceptionally large--larger than some apartments I have lived in and the bathroom, oh the bathroom, was large enough to sleep an additional two people. Tastefully decorated in the European minimalist style there were touches of Thai throughout. In the public areas, there were Bottero-like sculptures on each floor. Excellent security, and elevator and John, the on-site manager complimented all the positive things I found here.
The room rate is exceptionally reasonable given the size and level of luxury. This is a place that I will return to.
Warning: East Suites is small. Book well in advance. John is very quick to respond to online booking requests from his website.
In the neighborhood is Poseidon which has a wonderful all you can eat breakfast and L'Oliver, a French-Thai restaurant.

es handelt sich hier wirklich um aussergewöhnliches ambiente.
jeden tag frische wäsche...toll
und die sauberkeit und und............es gibt nichts was man beanstanden könnte!!!!
ich würde sagen: 5 sterne!!!!!!
und erst der patron....hilfreich und sehr nett
ich komme bestimmt wieder.

I often think about this beautiful apartment I had the opportunity to stay in during my last trip to Thailand. It was like a dream for me ! To be quite frank, I think it is the best place I have ever been in while staying in Thailand. I really enjoyed it

Stayed in East Suites in May2010.been to pattaya many times before.had looked to website and booked as apartement looked really good.on arrival East Suites lived upto there website.Apartements where clean,high quality and modern and excelent value for money.best place have stayed in pattaya.,maid service was good,considering we go up late,always cleaned to high standard. Owner very helpful.Would recommend.

Stayed at east-suites from end of march untill early april.the apartements are very bright and modern.big bathroom and bedroom everything you can want is there,the owner couldd not do enough for me if i wanted something.definaty go back there

Just stayed here for nearly 3 weeks,apartment perfect,inexpensive,modern and spotless.The owner John cannot do enough for you, if 5 stars not enough lets say 10 stars!! can not be foulted and highly recommended !! i will be back!

Vier herrliche Wochen im wirklich tollem Ambiente und einem mehr als freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.bei dem Style dieser Apartmets bleiben wirklich keine wuensche offen.superservice in Sachen Reinigung und Waeschewechsel. Die Lage mitten im Geschehen und denoch absolut ruhig und zu ,,,unserem Strand,,, 3 Minuten zu Fuss.das Nachtleben mit viel Abwechselung vor der Tuer und spart viel Zeit und Transporte .Wir koennen EAST SUITES nur jedem empfehlen und sind sicher das jeder nach persoenlichem Test zum gleichen Ergebniss kommt.Es ist eigentlich eine Dummheit diesen Geheimtipp hier zu veroefftlichen und damit spaetere reservierungen schwierig zu gestalten,aber dieser Hausherr verdient das man sein Engagement und das wirklich tolle ergeniss publiziert.also haltet euch ran es gibt nur 7 Apartemets...und nict unerwaehnt wollen wir das im Erdgeschoss liegende Restaurant PAGODA lassen hier wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufs feinste gekocht und dies zu sehr moderaten Preisen,nochmals vielen Dank an den Hausherr John

First 5 star I've given in a lomg time. This is an amazing place at an unbeatable price. This rooms are really 5 star at prices that are unbeatable. You will have to go a long way to find luxury in rooms like this. look at there website and see the small picture here does not do them justice. At 850b a night the smallest room (which is anything BUT not small), to 1350b for the enormous room you can not beat if you want luxury at great rates go there.
